I had a wonderful experience at the (Faraj Al Madina). Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! I highly recommend this hotel visiting madina♥️♥️

It was very comfortable, but just know that they come to clean the rooms at night, not during the day. Many guests think they never clean the rooms, but they look at the door to see if you requested it, and they do so after sunset. If the light is not on to request it after sunset, they won't know you want it cleaned.
