Very lame service , the receptionist were humble and tried to help but staff not that prompt and active , too far from prophet’s mosque and bus service only at prayer time and return immediately after prayers so we end up spending most of time for cabs , bus service wasn’t useful much. Breakfast not up to mark at all…. Rooms indeed were good but service was killing it all :(

Very friendly stuff , the rooms are perfect and have all you need , a big and comfortable bed , a nice breakfast and the time there's a coffee and dates for welcoming

Helpful staffs. Neat and clean room. No need to walk a lot to pray in Prophet's Mosque. Shuttle services are available before each prayer time. Feeling comfortable to stay here in Madina.

Everyone from the receptionist to the manager are very cooperative. Ready to help over and beyond the expectations. Free ride from hotel to Haram is very helpful. Today the passengers for the Fajir Prayers were above a single bus capacity. They immediately arranged another bus.

Faraj al Madinah provides best travel experience. Fragrance inside the corridors and entrance area is always refreshing. The shuttle service is very punctual and on time. Attitude and behaviour of supporting staff and bus drivers was especially commendable.
