Sensational! I didn't know it's so good, what a nice room. I thought it didn't even have a TV, but I was informed that all I had to do was ask to turn it on and that's what happened, a mirror turned into a TV.... Very cool!

VERY TERRIBLE, I requested an overnight stay in the luxury suite with hydromassage, they asked me to pay in advance where it was made immediately, I stayed in the suite for 10 minutes and I verified that it had not gone through the cleaning process where they found dirty sheets, dirty hydromassage, lid the vase with urine among others… I requested my refund and informed that I no longer wanted to stay at the motel, they informed me that the refund would be made on Monday, the 29/05/2023 IT WAS NOT REALIZED, today is the 01/06 and until the moment I'm having problems getting my money back, I don't have any answers on WhatsApp and over the phone they say I have to look at the motel's HR, TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE ENVIRONMENT!

I expected more because it was the fantasy chain, my first time in a hammock and I didn't like it, I stayed overnight in one of the suites. Super Luxury Suite, where the name says it all, but before I had taken a common one, I think the disappointment would be less, super weak air conditioning, the bed creaking more than mine at home, the erotic chair looking like a rocking chair, the tv they said it was 40` but it seems more than 20`, breakfast, I ordered a basket of cheese bread, it came simply hard, and for sure they just warmed up from another day without conditions, I don't even know if I'll want to go and see the other chains, because it is a Super Luxury Suite.

I do not recommend, tv does not start, sound does not start, very weak air conditioning, does not have easy access to WiFi or does not have it at all! We had an accident with the hydromassage, I called asking for a cleaning, the staff gave us the squeegee and the cloth for us to clean it was just water that had spilled from the bathtub in large quantities on the floor. Expected much more. The experience was bad.

Best value for money in BH... I highly recommend, one suite better than the other, not to mention the dishes and breakfast. Top!
