My girlfriend and I arrived at the motel at 11:50 pm and they said that the room would only be available 40m away as it was by reservation only. We understand perfectly until then, the problem was after the 40m had passed that during the wait the night's stay had already been paid and no one had been sent to clean the area. They asked us to wait inside the garage, after 20m a maid appeared and "cleaned" everything in 5m. When we went up to the room, everything was apparently clean, but when we looked closer, the sheets were dirty, the floor was cracking, probably because of the previous couple, when entering the whirlpool you could feel your foot grabbing the bottom too, clearly because there was no been sanitized and contained residue from the other couple. The bathroom stinks of urine and the "mattress" is also marked with something dry. Due to the wait, the minimum was to deliver the room sanitized. I still pay 400 reais for an overnight stay at Fly but I won't repeat this experience, the organization is indisputable.
