The staff's lack of hospitality is obvious from the first moment you step into the hotel. The breakfast menu is very limited while lunch and dinner buffets are not available. The location is not recommended if you have no car.

The staff who cleaned the room stole money. When I contacted the hotel administrator about this situation, he did not answer me and did not even apologize. Later, another bad situation occurred - money also disappeared from my room account and I had to pay for the room twice. I advise you to watch your money very carefully, because thieves work in this hotel. But that's not all. In this hotel, women's screams are constantly heard in the rooms, as well as I have repeatedly seen indecent women in the corridors. The hotel staff knows all this, but does nothing. I am very ashamed that such things are possible in such a devout country and that the police do not see it

Hotel is relatively clean, food is good. However, house keeping employees have a target of waking you up every day by continuously knocking on your door regardless of “do not disturb” tags (very unprofessional), high noise, smoking smell everywhere and clogged bathtub sinks. I expected a lot more given the rather high price

Conierge Services are not up to the mark. Though Nice and coosy rooms to stay specially if you on Business Trip.
