Women don’t stay here! You will be a second class citizen. They have NO times at all that the gym is available for women. When I complained they laughed at me. The hotel is also dated, dirty and smelly. It was gross behaviour. There was not a single guest in the gym. My husband and I tried to go together and they said no. Most hotels here have kept up with the times and the opening up of society, especially for western guests. Not this one. STAY AWAY

Worst breakfast selection. The only option for breakfast is eggs and the rest is shuffled each day and tends to be something for dinner instead of breakfast. Everything is really old in this hotel, needs a massive upgrade.

Dirty place. It seems like they have no idea what cleanliness is. Besides, stinky odors every where which would cause breathing issues. Strange and weird looking people knock you room who will try to break into your room. Moreover, Unprofessional and rude staff. Would give below zero star. Not recommended especially for families with kids.

This has got to be one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in and I travel extensively.
The heating doesn’t work despite several complaints.
There is a constant humming sound overhead which is annoying.
The service works intermittently
The plug points are poorly placed and need to be wiggled to work.
The carpets are stained and filthy.
We booked a room for 2, there was 1 gown and 2 slippers. 2 bath towels.
We booked the room with a hot tub, it is an accident waiting to happen and the water heater does not cater enough to fill the bath.
Such a pity that it is so spacious but so dilapidated.
The first impression u get as u went we the hotel is dread as you are welcomed by a lifeless water feature and dead leaves.
The spa caters only for men.

The staff who cleaned the room stole money. When I contacted the hotel administrator about this situation, he did not answer me and did not even apologize. Later, another bad situation occurred - money also disappeared from my room account and I had to pay for the room twice. I advise you to watch your money very carefully, because thieves work in this hotel. But that's not all. In this hotel, women's screams are constantly heard in the rooms, as well as I have repeatedly seen indecent women in the corridors. The hotel staff knows all this, but does nothing. I am very ashamed that such things are possible in such a devout country and that the police do not see it
