Not the best experience. The hotel building is old. The water from the bathroom sink came through black on multiple occasions. We complained and were told to run the taps. The bathroom drain smell was bad and came into the room. There were no views just broken buildings. Great location otherwise

Location is very ideal from Masjil-Al-Haram….just 450 to 500 mts..which is about a 6 to 8 min walk.
The hotel, rooms and the bathrooms are very clean and every staff member is very helpful and greets you always with a smile…be it staff at the reception, concierge, housekeeping or room service. Especially everyone I had interacted with at the reception was very nice. They made sure that my stay at Elaf Al Mashaer was as comfortable as it could be.

Even though I had a booking to have room after 12:00 pm the staff could not prepare the room until 03:40 pm and instead of 4 person they gave me room for 2 person. Which took me to wait some more time along with my family. There was a very young lady on tge reception who was trying to assist but the rest of the staff was having no EARS , no customer service and hospitality skills.

"Hotel Elaf Masheer is a nice place to stay. The rooms are cozy and the staff is helpful. I liked the breakfast they offered. The hotel is in a convenient location. I had a good time there and would suggest it to others."

Requested for a towel only to get it the next day. My friend and i have been calling the reception for 5 times, but no towel arrived. Instead, they sent us mineral bottles. Please improve on room service, the rest are good.

Elaf Al Mashaer hotel is around 5 min walk to get to the Haram. Hotels offer free wi-fi, flat screen TVs, safes etc. The lounge is beautiful and the service is decent. The room was as expected and more than excellent.Nice view from the room. Parked at a nearby free parking lot. The hygiene level is good and the hotel is Neat and tidy.
