A wonderful place to stay. It was clean and has the perfect location only a few minutes walk from Kaaba Shareef. The staff was very polite, helpful and always smiling, especially Muhammad Jubair who was a pleasure to meet.

Very good hotel, perfect location 7-8 min walk to the Kaaba. Very friendly staff, especially the cleaners, guards, receptionists.
Good variety in breakfast, menu was suitable for children and adults of most backgrounds. They had eggs, toasts, sausages, fruits, croissants, pastries, yogurts, cereals, tea, porridge, juices and much more.
Rooms have kettles, a weighing scale, iron and iron board, slippers, tea coffee milk, fridge. And the bathrooms were clean with free shaving kits, toothbrush and toothpaste, loofah, soap, shampoo, etc.
Wifi was a little bit slow but they were always happy to help.
They are very hospitable, offering free complimentary coffee and dates to all guests .
Lots of halal restaurants nearby , and a mini supermarket.
I wouldn't mind staying here during the next trip in sha Allah.

The hotel is almost a relic. The service is top notch, and the location is also great. However, the rooms need to be updated. At around SR 600 per night, I expected more than I actually got. Overall, due to the locarion and the service, i would say that my experience was not bad, but when I go again, I won't be staying there again.

Excellent location, highly clean, very comfortable beds, nicely decorated room and very friendly staff. Their customer service sweet employee Sumaya called me in Egypt one day before my arrival to Makkah to know when I will check in. I was surprised because I haven’t seen such high level of Custmer service .As I was traveling alone, she assured me and on arrival she even came to the reception to make sure that my check in went smoothly. When they knew that it was my birthday, the receptionists Ibrahim sent me a greeting fruit basket to my room. Ola and Abeer were very sweet and friendly as well. They truly made my day. Thank you all very much.I highly recommend Elaf El Mashaer Hotel in Makkah and I will definitely go back.

Excellent hotel for those who can afford as prices are 2 to 3 times higher than similar 5 star hotels (with shuttle) at a distance of 1200 to 2000 m from Haram (Its at 660 m).

Elaf Al Mashaer hotel is around 5 min walk to get to the Haram. Hotels offer free wi-fi, flat screen TVs, safes etc. The lounge is beautiful and the service is decent. The room was as expected and more than excellent.Nice view from the room. Parked at a nearby free parking lot. The hygiene level is good and the hotel is Neat and tidy.
