Great stay in Riyadh. The rooms are super clean and the service is excellent. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Special thanks to Anthony Devan for his 5-star service and going the extra mile to keep the room tidy and clean in addition to his wonderful personality.

Every time I come to Riyadh I look forward to staying here. The staff are amazing especially Raja (bell captain) Anthony and Devan (who make the rooms spotless every day) Jamal (Head Waiter) and Mohammad (F&B Captain). They all make this feel like a second home.

It was great pleasure to stayed in Crowne Plaza Riyadh Minhal. All the staff are very friendly and helpful all the time. Very large variety breakfast and lunch buffet with exceptional service. Really feel like a home and memorable stay.

Amazing place to relax after a tired days of work. The staff was amazing namely the front desk, restaurant, concierge and the housekeeping team. Worth to mention the friendly and welcoming attitude of Anthony in the housekeeping department. Always one of the first persons to greet in the morning. Thank you all for an amazing experience.

Great hotel. Stayed for 14 days. Housekeeping staff led by Anthony Devan kept the room spotlessly clean. Front desk is also helpful. Two small issues - 1) the king suite rooms do not have a window to the outside, only to the lobby and 2) the Indian selection at breakfast is limited and almost the same everyday.
