Great hotel in a central, safe location. Room was clean and spacious, staff were friendly and helpful. Two small suggestions. USB charging ports in rooms for international travelers would be helpful, and a simple coat of paint on the trellis in the pool area would brighten it up and give the pool a more polished feel. It currently feels a little neglected, but is such a great asset to the property and is such a simple fix. Overall a great stay, and well maintained hotel.

The hotel itself was so comfy, nice and wonderful. It feels like home?. Crews were so accommodating and friendly. And to mention the ladies from the reception, the housekeeping staff and most especially Mr. Felip, the bell boy who has always been ready to serve and accommodate us. This 5 ⭐️ hotel is highly recommended???. Thank you Crowne Plaza Alkhobar for making our stay worthy and satisfying.♥️

Best Hotel experience we've had for years.
The duty manager, Mr. Abdullah took heart-warming efforts in welcoming our family - making us feel we are at home.
All of the staffs we met were friendly and helpful. Personally, I have had many hotel experiences in Kingdom and this hotel is exceptional in terms of hospitality and service.
Also, kudos to Felip for the help with some minor issues.
I would definitely return here and recommend this hotel to friends. If I could I would rate this hotel a 10-star. :)

Room was good neat and clean. The check in process was smooth. Buffet breakfast surprisingly poor they don’t refill the dishes. Fruit selection was not to crowne plaza standards…..
Internet speed in the rooms are very slow
Had conference buffet lunch the banquet manager was not address the shortage of the food

Very good rooms. Excellent service. They upgraded my room, and the room I got was just amazing. Good ambience.
I would say the buffet breakfast could be better served. Somehow I felt it was understaffed. Might be because I went there during peak hours. This is not a place where you can have your breakfast quickly. So plan your time accordingly.
