Spacious rooms, friendly staffs (especially Filip), quiet areas, large breakfast area, comfy lobby. Perfect for short getaway. The only downsides are the elevator mechanism, hard to operate with the key card (not efficient) and small pool area and sauna. Other than that, it was a very comfortable short vacation. Would love to be back.

From the moment we walked in, Philip's warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, offering valuable local recommendations and addressing any requests with utmost professionalism. The attention to detail and genuine care exhibited by Philip and the team truly made our stay memorable. We'll definitely be returning, and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an outstanding hospitality experience.

Had an absolutely amazing time there. The rooms were spacious. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and made sure we were comfortable. Best in Al Khobar.

I was visited for a meeting. Staff were helpful and cooperative,specially Miss. Lama supervisor was stunning in her behaviour. Food is also delicious. Just they have to increase some vegetables (sabji).

The coffee shop was very good. Jet lag had caused me to oversleep and I missed the operating time of the hotel restaurant. However, the hotel coffee shop was a welcome alternative. Lama the supervisor was very attentive and offered several good suggestions as an alternative. The food was fresh and the coffee was very good!
