Unless you’re a business person in Riyadh to conduct business in the industrial area, Cristal Amaken is just too far outside of the city.
However, everything else about this place is magnificent!

Best hotel in the area, it’s strange to find such hotel in this location, so quite and not crowded. Clean, Food service on the average, booking prices are fair, has swimming pool, Gym and many parking slots

Stayed this hotel as a stopover from Abu Dhabi to Makkah
What I like about this property is the location
Not in the city center and for those whom are looking to avoid the city traffic this is perfect
Near to shops and gas station really a plus
Staff are friendly and helpful
Rooms are good size at least for me and my family with wooden upscale decor
Bathroom is bigger than most hotel I must say
Cleanliness is amazing for this hotel
All in all it was a good night rest

This was my third visit to this hotel, it's a beautiful hotel. Service is great and it has a lot going for it inside. With the swimming pool and gym available to guests from the morning until the evening. However as good as the food is, the desert section lets it down the most it's often dry because it's left out. Also with covid still prevalent it would be wise to cover things up and have a bin close by for accidents.
The service is always good and the staff are very attentive if not sometimes too much.
Overall I enjoyed my multiple stays at this hotel. It is in the middle of a busy carriageway and not much to do around the hotel but walk.
Other than that it met my needs but can be better with some alternative options for longer stay visitor's.
