I stayed here for few days recently. Overall, a good experience. The reception staff were helpful and welcoming. The Location is very good and close to a lot of attractions of the city. The room was clean and comfortable although some parts of it are old, such as the TV. They have a nice gym facility that is accessible 24/7 with hour dedicated for ladies. I liked their breakfast and I thought it had a good selection. However, I think they need to improve their dining options for other meals. I had dinner once in the hotel and it was pretty average although it was pricy. Moreover, prices for the laundry are ridiculous, I suggest lowering them and you’ll see more people use your services.

Room are okay with good view
Breakfast is great
Internet speed are poor
** the lower rating due to hotel policy regarding delivery orders, they don’t receive and deliver to room nor they let the drivers to deliver it to room!!
Also, room card, stops working every day ( you have to go to reception to reactivate!!).

I was in this hotel for the first time. A very nice hotel, at which I stayed for 4 nights. Helpful and friendly staff.
Breakfast was very good. The team in the restaurant is very attentive, helpful and do a very good job. Especially the chef Nayem andantes the service staff Sahoo are really passionate good at their job, always positive and smiling and really take good care of the guest.
So I can definitely recommend this hotel with this competent staff. I look forward to my next stay at this hotel.

I have been coming to the Centro Olaya Hotel for a while now. It’s located in a great area with good access around town.
The reception and restaurant staff have been great. I would like to mention the house keeping team especially Jahir have really made my stay feel like home. The little things him and his team do have been great, they are very respectful and professional.
I have no hesitation recommending this hotel and it staff, and if your lucky Jahir may even have him look after you.
