I stayed there for almost two months. The overall experience was great. Rooms were nice, staff was very helpful, and the restaurant had excellent service and super tasty food.

A very nice hotel- excellent housekeeping team lead by Raja. Always made my room feel comfortable and also noticed that I preferred red tea over coffee so topped that up with more. It was the little things like that that made the hotel feel cozy. And the food!! The food was amazing- I ate my way through the in room dining and everything was just so tasty.

I stayed here for few days recently. Overall, a good experience. The reception staff were helpful and welcoming. The Location is very good and close to a lot of attractions of the city. The room was clean and comfortable although some parts of it are old, such as the TV. They have a nice gym facility that is accessible 24/7 with hour dedicated for ladies. I liked their breakfast and I thought it had a good selection. However, I think they need to improve their dining options for other meals. I had dinner once in the hotel and it was pretty average although it was pricy. Moreover, prices for the laundry are ridiculous, I suggest lowering them and you’ll see more people use your services. Thank you.

Room are okay with good view Breakfast is great Internet speed are poor ** the lower rating due to hotel policy regarding delivery orders, they don’t receive and deliver to room nor they let the drivers to deliver it to room!! Also, room card, stops working every day ( you have to go to reception to reactivate!!).

I was in this hotel for the first time. A very nice hotel, at which I stayed for 4 nights. Helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was very good. The team in the restaurant is very attentive, helpful and do a very good job. Especially the chef Nayem andantes the service staff Sahoo are really passionate good at their job, always positive and smiling and really take good care of the guest. So I can definitely recommend this hotel with this competent staff. I look forward to my next stay at this hotel.
