Stayed here for 4 days.
Room service staff - Salahuddin was excellent, helpful and kept my room clean
Reception staff speaks English quite well and provided advise on shopping.
Gym and pool are quite good.
Food options are good during breakfast and limited in lunch.
The study table in my room would have been good.
Would recommend anyone to stay here for vacation or business reasons

Room was nice and clean. Staff is very friendly. There is a decent gym and a open pool at roof. Gym is decent but floor is very dusty. Location is not bad.

I think it is the best 4 star hotel to stay in Jeddah. 5 star comfort. Friendly welcome, clean rooms, modern design, silence
