The hotel room was clean and nice. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful especially Ms Samar. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre.

We always booked rooms in Centro Shaheen.
They were always friendly and ready to do anything anytime just to make us happy and satisfied.
Not only for normal booking for Business and Cooperation specially with the lovely Samar who was always available and did her best to make us Satisfied.

The room is neat quite and clean. The sofa and the chair are very comfortable and the AC is super nice.
The receptionist is humble, polite and very helpful and informative. I like how they welcome their guests and how they explain every thing to them prior to checking in.
Internet connection is good lacks sometimes but not bad considering hotel coverage.
Food menu is expensive but a man shall not think of moeny when he is hungry. However there are restaurants near by. Love it and recommend it.

I really enjoy the place, it's a go to for me whenever I travel to Jeddah. The best thing about this hotel is the personnel, always friendly and supportive.
Special thanks to Mr. Salim, who's there every morning when I hit the gym :)

The crew is super friendly and it reflects on the service, they are very welcoming and helpful. Also the pool is enjoyable especially with the help of Salim who makes sure that you receiving a five stars experience.
