I booked since October for my stay which would've been in 20 days, but this hotel cancelled my reservation out of nowhere because apparently its "overbooked". How is that even possible ? I booked in advance since long time ago. If I can give 0 stars I would because I didn't even get to stay at this hotel. Now I have to waste my time trying to find another. Wouldn't recommend.
*edit, I actually got the chance to stay since my travel extended. I was supposed to stay 12 nights but I left after the first 2 days. Not many english speaker in the staff, when I arrived there were apparently no room again, since there is a problem about the online booking. It's not the client responsiblity to handle this, if it's available online it's supposed to be available in the hotel. After a bit, they got me room but they were no internet at all, I asked the staff a few time, they said they will do something but they endend up doing nothing and were quite condescending about my demand even making me feel guilty for asking...
As a foreigner I don't expect to be treated as a king but just have polite answer to question and needs such a minimum for a service, I would've prefer honesty about the internet that them lying to me in the eyes. It was not a confortable situation for me there so I decided to leave and get my refund. I know found another place where the staff is good.
