The location of the hotel is excellent, the cleanliness of the room is good, and the size of the room is excellent. However, there is a small note that I hope you will pay attention to, which is the air freshener that is placed after cleaning. Its smell is strong and disturbing. What I didn't like was the bathroom and the plumbing in the bathroom, as it takes a long time for the water to get hot, and the plumbing is old and you can't balance the water between hot and cold. Also, the sound of the exhaust fan in the bathroom is very annoying. The parking is not very far away, but it is not connected to the hotel.

Clean, spacious rooms. They clean the room every single day, so that’s a plus!
They don’t have that much for breakfast but their breads and muffins are really tasty.
The staffs are very nice, from the reception to the restaurant as well as the people in housekeeping.

The rooms are great. Bathrooms were clean but faced couple of problems with the wash basin drain, but these were attended to immediately and resolved by the Hotel. Restaurant is good and serves some really good options. Buffet is a little expensive at SAR100/person. I'd definitely choose this hotel again.
Parking is not sufficient and you might end up having to park on the side of the Hotel.
