The customer service here is completely disappointing and unacceptable!! The receptionist lady tells me (there is no one to serve you)! everyone is busy when I order the room service menu, which is supposed to be inside the villa, and I do not tell you about the bad quality of food that was provided to us. lastly but not least floors in the bedrooms are wiped with a dirty cloth which caused a cloudy layer

Overall a great experience!! the poolside area was great and so was the interior.
feedback:
- its strange that there wasn’t a shower near the pool, instead you have to pass through the living room to get changed which seems counterintuitive
- The shower-head doesn’t work properly, it takes a while to get adjusted
- Its extremely overpriced, VAT should be included on the website
Nevertheless, the experience was lovely and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a villa getaway in riyadh

We had suhoor here
Price 99sr/person
Food below average, no much variety and poor quality esp for chicken and meat
Sitting area was outside around the pool, it was nice
Smoker had separate area, that was good
Staff were nice and helpful
Overall, If they improve their food, I would definitely come back
