Great tea and lounge service. However, they ruined my crispy French pastry by putting it into a microwave oven. I had not requested this! Then they said that was the last one.

A very beautiful hotel with aesthetic touch in its interior. They have great facilities in the spa, however, be aware that they don’t provide towels there (at least the ladies spa)! I came out of the pool wet asking for a towel then they surprised me that they give towels only for those who book for a massage or hair treatment. I had to dry myself using paper towels.

Overpriced below-average accommodations with unfriendly staff. They label rooms as non-smoking, while smoking is permitted in all rooms. When I complained about the dense smoking smell, they apologized with a “we’re fully booked” cliche of a response. When I decided to leave, they miraculously offered another room with a free upgrade (a balcony), which I turned down for the same issue. They still offered rooms in their “fully booked” hotel, but I left anyway. When front desk was confronted, the back-talked with an attitude. They offered nothing as a compensation or consolation. Simply, a mediocre, over-priced and mismanaged venue. What a waste of a great location.

I was surprised for the quality of their rooms, services and comfort. Location is great, parking won’t be a struggle unless you’re unlucky, staff will always be supportive and helpful. Amazing quality for the price you pay especially when Riyadh hotels are full and sky rocketing. Enjoy your stay!
