Very nice. You can even get a haircut in the facilities. But weights machine could use an update as the wires are very stretched.

Affordable price for 3 bedrooms apartment. Basement parking. Need better cleaning. Excellent customer service, gentleman are very welcoming.

Clean however it is ruined by bad customer service (rude) poor attitude and not concerned with customers as much as they should be. I was not impressed from check in at the reception. I requested for a double bed and was told it not available at the hotel so I requested for two beds to be combined and prepared prior to my arrival this was confirmed on booking.com by the hotel. However, this was not done. They seemed to be more concerned about my payment. They provide tea bags but no water as you have to purchase it from them.
Nice clean hotel but the service or the lack of it lets it down.
