Room service is pretty bad. I asked the front office several times to clean the room and provide me with fresh towels, but they haven’t done anything during my stay. Worst experience!

I stayed in a two-room apartment, the rooms are clean, the reception is excellent, there is room service, but it is slow, the restaurant and cafe prices are exaggerated. There is a swimming pool, massage services and others for men only.

At the outset, I would like to thank the manager of the hotel apartments, Mr. Majed Al-Shamry, who is characterized by high morals, good handling and understanding of the needs of the guest, and he is very cooperative, and quick to respond to complaints, respond to them and deal with them.
The apartment I stayed in is spacious and spacious, as it includes 3 rooms, 4 bathrooms and a kitchenette, but unfortunately there are not many kitchen utensils and there is no washing machine with dryer, and this is one of the negative aspects of the apartment that I hope to avoid in the future, other than these two things. The apartment is very distinctive, clean and tidy.
