The hotel is about an 8-10 minute walk to masjid Nabawi. If you’re a fast walker, you can get there within 7 minutes. Excellent modern designed hotel, and the service received was exceptional. Mr. Qayoom was very hospitable and took great care of us during morning breakfasts. He personally attended to us every day and made sure we were okay. The staff at reception was very polite and the check-in process was smooth. During busy times, we never had to wait longer than a couple of mins for the elevator and compared to other hotels closer to the haram, the stay here felt very peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.

What is this !? i payed so much money for this hotel but what I got was not worth it at all. There was hair on the beds and the buffet was very bad. The staff and hotel workers were very very rude and I’m never coming back here. Please save your money and spend it somewhere else.

Stayed here for 8 days and husband and I loved it so much! Our room had the best view ever, it’s Jabal Uhud view. The entire place vibe is modern and minimalist. Also very clean room and bathroom. Hospitality from all of the staffs are awesome. The hotel is just 15 mins away from Haram. Looking forward to stay here again on our next visit in Medina ?

The room was nice and contemporary, but I'm giving 4* due to
Bad points: Very small. Space was not sufficient to have checked in luggage. I needed to place it in the bathroom under the sink. The beds were very small. No microwave. The carpet was having stains, and bedsheets were having hairs from previous occupants, so I believe it was not replaced. The lobby washroom was not having any soap or toilet tissues.
Good points. Nice color theme. Al Bayan at Reception was very friendly. Room service was available at a call. Lobby was nicely decorated.
Around 10 minutes walk from Prophet Mosque.
Room had contemporary upgrades.
