AS’SAAFA HOTEL

This is one of best hotels in Madinah hands down.. For the price of 3 star hotel you get a 5 star experience. The duty manager who is a Saudi National Mr Abdullah is such a nice person and very welcoming . Mr Samiullah the sales manager is very patient and supportive of all your problems . He understands what good quality means and what is good customer service. this is very very rare in Hotels in Makkah and madina. The housekeeping staff is just fabulous. They will come the moment you call them and very supportive. The hotel has a very nice restaurant .Mr Aquib is a very young and bright F&B staff. He has very pleasing personality and makes you feel home. The hotel lobby ambience is so calm and nice . The 4 bed room is like suite and very cheap rate . It costs 500 Riyals per night. In other hotels this could easily be around 800-900 riyal. The hotel is just 5-6 minutes walk from haram and another 2 minutes from Rawdah gate no1 and Womens prayer area at gate 322. The hotel is closed to good variety of fast food restaurant and gift shops, date shops etc Masjid Al Ghamama ( the oldest mosque in madinah where prophet Muhammad peace be upon him gave his 1st sermon is just 3 min from the hotel . Plz note this hotel is not on the market place websites. So plz google it and find. It’s a rare ?. May Allah make your Visit to Masjid nabawi a memorable one in sha Allah

All are good.. but room service is worst. Requested to refill sugar for multiple times over phone and and directly went to reception, but no service received. Same case for water. We bought water from outside at midnight.

Neat and clean. Good wifi speed even inside room. 10 minutes walk to haram. Highly recommended

The hotel is about an 8-10 minute walk to masjid Nabawi. If you’re a fast walker, you can get there within 7 minutes. Excellent modern designed hotel, and the service received was exceptional. Mr. Qayoom was very hospitable and took great care of us during morning breakfasts. He personally attended to us every day and made sure we were okay. The staff at reception was very polite and the check-in process was smooth. During busy times, we never had to wait longer than a couple of mins for the elevator and compared to other hotels closer to the haram, the stay here felt very peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.

What is this !? i payed so much money for this hotel but what I got was not worth it at all. There was hair on the beds and the buffet was very bad. The staff and hotel workers were very very rude and I’m never coming back here. Please save your money and spend it somewhere else.
