Never come to this slum. Abandon travel agents who book this hotel. Your umrah or haaz will be completed with a dirty feeling.

I believe there should be an option for negative stars after living in this hotel. Rooms not cleaned dirt insects bad smell from sheets and blanket, washroom awfully smelling, room service once a day only from 9am to 3pm janitor availble. No one at reception. Lastly location is obviously quite far you need taxi.
The only good thing about this hotel is AC is chillinga and abundant parking at road.

Managerial staff is very rude. Their manager came to our room and asked for shifting of room to another room else he will discontinue electricity connection. We resisted as asked that this is our right to stay in our booked room. Then he started to threaten us. We shifted our room as per their requirements to avoid threats but they turned off electrical connection of only of our room to teach us a lesson. Never ever recommend. On the other hand they don’t have wifi and cleanliness is very bad. Hotel is our crowded and you have have to wait for lift by upto 30 mins

The worst hotel i've ever stayed in .. at first very bad atituded stuff (mohamed nour is the worst there) ,very crowded hotel , then a very bad smelled room with too many beds untypical to the one we booked with very very small bathroom .. dirty sheets with insects and bad pillows.. so y'll not get a good stay nor a good sleep nor a good service .
Buses are very old and only available on prayer times ..
Plus refusing giving us two cards for the room although one is used for electricity ..
Not recommended at all
