Pathetic Service and Rude Staff. I had placed a booking on booking.com in April for a 1 bed apartment which was almost 2 months before the trip. On reaching the premises I was informed that the booked room is not available and a downgrade will be given for the same price. On raising the issue that it is a downgrade and price should be reduced, the receptionist Aboobacker said to go look for a room elsewhere and I wont be accommodated that too at 9pm when i just arrived from UAE. Moreover he was shouting and used obscene language. When I told the matter will be taken to the police only then Aboobacker composed himself. It is understood from other staff that the room was given to another customer for a higher price. No point booking with them through official channels as it cant be guaranteed. I had to check into a nearby hotel that was available Moreover the Receptionist issue needs to be addressed by the management.
