Good room, clean and acceptable sizes. Reception at night is Saudi also good and breakfast serve is free and acceptable for Arab and western people. Only location is tight and crowded, if you come first you can parked otherwise you have to find parking somewhere around the street

Need maintenance and upgrade .
Went on business trip :
* Carpet have 3 big burns
* Found Cockroach in the toilet
* Toilet trash can is not opening with feet , need to open it with your hands ?
* Cupboard is not opening smoothly

The room furniture is old, all rooms smells like cigarettes. I suggest to have non smoking room to be have better smells. Service is good. Also the breakfast is good.
