The hotel is near to haram and it’s a 3 star category hotel the rooms are small and they provide no service they don’t have room services they sweeping staff is very rude if u ask them to clean the room or toilet they will give u 100 of excusess and behave very rudely !!!! My stay was horrible over there I stayed almost 10 days and the services was horrible

- rooms are not well done... (bathroom not clean -.bad smell and seems that they do not use detergents.)
- room service is bad : we waited almost 12hours to receive bath towels.
- room overall situation is lower than average.

They don't provide basic necessities (i.e drinking water, towel, washroom bucket, laundry) otherwise rooms were good we stayed for 2 days but there was no cleaning services at all

It's ok 2 star hotel , close to mosque nearly 1100 meter while booking they show 260 m which turn a lie
Bathroom are wet , bath tub is very in comfortable and for old age person very difficult to use
No towel provided
No daily cleaning or changing bedding
Not good service and too much customer so a long wait to catch a lift for your room

This is a Three star hotel and much better than the hotels near Haram if you need a clean room.
Overall a good experience. This is on the main Ibrahim Khalil road near the 2nd bridge. You can go to haram with a walk in 15 minutes.
