Beautiful, comfortable, clean rooms.... Bathroom ok.... There are 4 elevators... 1 not working..... So during peak hours it's packed

I preferred staying here for mainly the previous experience when I came here in June 2021,
The room were neat and clean, well maintained and were spacious enough,
This time I didn't see the room first before checking in and ended up staying in a very average room, not much clean, phone set in the room not working, very small room with three single beds leaving no space to even walk,
Staff was cooperative though,
Easy checking in and checking out.
Needs improvement for better service.

Great amenities and cordial staff. Location very close to the masjid which can be reached with a 5 min walk. Very clean and spacious rooms and baths.
