No breakfast, if you are not Indonesian. No cleaning if you are not in the room and you have to ask several times for that. No Haram view. Long & irritating wait for lifts to all floors. Above all helpdesk people dont know the meaning of service or hospitality.

I had bad experience on my last day, one of your restaurant worker is very rude and speak harshly to my family. He's not even say sorry and told us off!
Everyone but beside him are very nice.
Food is not kid friendly at all. 4 days spent here all spicy and weird. Indonesian food is really bad, always served the same menu.
No room service, no toiletries supply, we have to keep our trash until check out.
Concord needs to train their staffs here. Really different with the other concord hotel I've had stayed.
I ain't gonna pick this hotel for the next trip.

Stains and mold buildup can be seen in the shower, sink and the bathroom floor. Also, the small dining room looked very unclean and old with very limited food and drink options. Sometimes, you can only use plastic disposable spoons as your cutlery. Gladly, the hotel will be demolished to be replaced by a more comfortable and bearable hotel (hopefully)

No hot shower & the heater for drinking is not working. Has complaint but no action taken. Avoid room 414. Otherwise everything is OK.

i want to give 1 star but due to it's near to Al Nabawi Mosque, i give another star.
Foods and services in this hotel are too bad. Some of it's staff have no manners. Knocking my room door at 1am just to ask of i need to sent any
clothes for dobi.. how rude and no privacy!
the food is so awful! chicken liver not cooked well.. salad with no dresser, there are nothing u can eat here..
