A whole building with many apartments has been turned into a furnished hotel. It has parking in the basement which is ideal for small cars and small SUVs. Rooms are furnished(old) with all the necessary amenities (working condition) except the washing machine. Sound isolation is poor. They provided a generous breakfast, which I have never seen in this category of hotels before (family dining present). The staff are friendly. If the furniture part is sorted out many people will prefer to stay.

Room was good. 1 bathroom in 2BHK was a concern. Underground parking was a disaster, designed by someone whose family has no idea about car driving/parking. If the hotels guys say cancel the booking, we ll book it directly, ensure that they don't increase the price than wat it online. Many hotels do it, so, be careful.
