Very filthy place. Highly recommend to avoid it to remain healthy.
Very dirty, unhygienic and unsanitary place, I recommend avoiding it. The place smells bad, especially the bathroom. It is not worth the price paid, SAR 275 per night. It is not worthy of being classified as a serviced apartment.

Excellent, their prices are good. The Egyptian brothers’ treatment at the reception is very sophisticated and they provide the required services quickly. They provide everything needed upon request. The apartments are close to services. Thank you.

We are a company and we reserved two rooms for two of our employees. The first arrived 6 hours before the other and after a long struggle they gave him his room even though he had a confirmation letter from the same hotel that confirmed the reservation, its duration and all the details. When the second employee arrived after midnight, they went out and gave his room to someone else and he had to. One of our employees left the hotel after midnight and looked for a place to sleep, but I spoke to them the other day. The employee named Murad spoke in a very bad manner to me and hung up on me!
There is no credibility at all or a sophisticated way of dealing.

Everything is excellent in terms of prices, room size, furniture, cleanliness, air conditioning, reception staff’s welcome, and parking. An excellent hotel and I recommend staying in it.
