Town restaurant is the best buffet lunch and reasonable price to me. Also i found an employee at this hotel who served me food. I thing his name mr.Inzamam he is very smart&intelligent man he knows how to handle the guest. He made me satisfy by serving food.I wish I will bring my family and friends here.

There is a problem in this hotel regarding communication
They claim that they are one of Accor group and till 10 daya of departure they didn’t add point to the account
Try to contact them several time by phone and email and nothing
Requesting the invoice of my stay and usless
Contact Accor who themself tried to contact them and again nothing
Second stay and probably last time first time they informed me that they attach my account id in the reservation as i booked on site and no pont earned to my Accor account
Second time reserved through Accor and point should be earned within one week of departure and nothing again earned to my account
The housekeeping servi e very poor, at my stay i reuqested to make the roou up at 5 pm and didn’t get it tell i called several time and get it 12.00am
Dont’t recommend them for anyone

Traveler Tips:
Welcome to Adagio Jeddah City Center. I visited this hotel in the 2nd week of Nov 2022. The IBIS & Adagio hotel is located in the same building. They bith have different Lobby and entrance but are interconnected from the inside of the premises. IBIS and Adagio both share the same restaurant name as Town and share the swimming Pool and Gym. There is no SPA facility in any of the hotel. The swimming pool timings are from 06 AM to 07 PM and it is located on the 2nd floor. The breakfast timing starts from 06:30 AM to 10:30 AM.
Timings:
Check-in time: 2:00 PM
Check-out time: 12:00 PM
