Title: Disappointing Stay with Rude Service and Lack of Amenities
I'm sad to say that I had to come back and change my review after giving this hotel the benefit of the doubt. Although the rooms are decent, the lack of king bed options is pretty disappointing. It seems like a deliberate business decision, which is baffling.
But what really left a bad taste in our mouths was the breakfast buffet experience. Twice, we arrived an hour before closing time only to find a lack of food options and cold dishes. When we brought this up to the restaurant manager, Mohammad, his response was shockingly rude and dismissive, claiming that 'this is normal'. It took a lot of complaining to get some eggs, which is unacceptable considering we paid for the room with breakfast included.
We had booked this for our business trips and we had around 10 rooms here.
To make matters worse, the WiFi barely worked in the rooms, and housekeeping neglected to leave fresh towels after cleaning. Ultimately, I cannot recommend this hotel and suggest looking elsewhere for a more pleasant stay.
