Title: Disappointing Stay with Rude Service and Lack of Amenities I'm sad to say that I had to come back and change my review after giving this hotel the benefit of the doubt. Although the rooms are decent, the lack of king bed options is pretty disappointing. It seems like a deliberate business decision, which is baffling. But what really left a bad taste in our mouths was the breakfast buffet experience. Twice, we arrived an hour before closing time only to find a lack of food options and cold dishes. When we brought this up to the restaurant manager, Mohammad, his response was shockingly rude and dismissive, claiming that 'this is normal'. It took a lot of complaining to get some eggs, which is unacceptable considering we paid for the room with breakfast included. We had booked this for our business trips and we had around 10 rooms here. To make matters worse, the WiFi barely worked in the rooms, and housekeeping neglected to leave fresh towels after cleaning. Ultimately, I cannot recommend this hotel and suggest looking elsewhere for a more pleasant stay.

The place was great the space of the room was good the cleaning was amazing my problem was with the electricity sucket it wasn't ready

Very luxurious , only that it's not quite place you can hear the traffic.

Hotel is great in all aspects, except swimming pool has too much chlorine my kids couldn’t swim from strong smell . Improvement in this matter would make a great difference in our stay

I would give it a 5 star but the hotel is on a busy freeway like street maybe not honking but sound of cars and trucks just zooming can be heard. Everyone working there is friendly but there is slight treatment of unprofessional workers from being stingy with giving me a towel to use at the pool area or reminding me that my kids should behave without them doing anything at the front desk or the breakfast buffet not offering regular drinking water r things I wasn't expecting for such a pretty hotel
