アラファト山は、サウジアラビアのメッカの南東約 20 キロに位置する丘です。アラビア語で「慈悲の山」を意味する Jabal Arafat または Jabalar-Rahmah としても知られています。
歴史と風習
歴史的に、アラファト山はイスラム教徒にとって重要な場所です。なぜなら、この丘は、預言者 (PBUH) が最後の説教であるクトゥバ エ ハジャドゥルウィダを行ったときに立っていた場所であり、アダムとハワが天国を離れた後、地上で再び会った場所でもあるからです。
アラファト山は、巡礼の神聖な儀式である毎年恒例のメッカ巡礼の間、イスラム教にとって重要な場所でもあります。 Dhu al-Hijjah の月の 9 日、巡礼者はミナを離れ、アラファト山に向かいます。このため、問題の日はアラファトの日としてブランド化されており、その日はメッカ巡礼の最も重要な日でもあります。
丘を囲む地面はアラファト平原と呼ばれます。これは、アラファトの日の午後を過ごす場所です。この部分がなければメッカ巡礼は無効と見なされるため、儀式はメッカ巡礼の不可欠な部分です。
構造
アラファト山は高さ約 230 フィートです。丘の上の岩は花崗閃緑岩で、花崗岩に似た火成岩で、主に長石、石英、白雲母などの鉱物から構成されています。

It has a lot of significance in Islamic History, but I had shear disappointment after seeing garbage there. In addition, the people with pathetic beliefs have written names all around even on the walking stones.

Jabal Arafat, which means the “Mountain of Mercy.” Also known as Jabal ar-Rahmah, Mount Arafat is located in the southeast of Makkah, Saudi Arabia. On the 9th of Dhul Hajj, Muslim pilgrims leave Mina for Mount Arafat, where they stand and perform a contemplative vigil and recite the Holy Quran. Mount Arafat is where the beloved Prophet Muhammad PBUH delivered the last sermon to the Muslims who accompanied him for Hajj towards the end of his life.
Mount Arafat is located about 20 kilometres in the southeast of Makkah, Saudi Arabia. To be exact, it is situated between T On Mount Arafat, Muslim pilgrims spend their day making Dua. They combine the Zuhr and Asr prayers and stand until sunset, facing the Qibla, seeking forgiveness and requesting Allah SWT to shower his blessings over them.

It's the greatest pillar of Hajj obligation, if you were present for even one minute before the sunset of the day of Arafat which is the 9th. day of Dhul-Hijja month every year by the Hijrian calendar, congratulations you are considered a pilgrim. Millions of Muslims every year come to this sacred mount and area praying to Allah to forgive them and remove all their previous sins.
