キングファハドコーズウェイ（Jisr al-Malik Fahd）は、長さ15マイルの一連の橋で、ペルシャ湾を越えてサウジアラビアとバーレーンを接続しています。この橋を建設するというアイデアは、サウジアラビアとバーレーンの間の社会的および文化的つながりとともにリンクを改善するために1950年代に考案されました。橋の建設は1986年に完了しました。
構造と景観
この土手道の5つの橋は、500を超えるコンクリートの鉄塔の上にあります。土手道は、湾の浅瀬にある7つの堤防で未来的に見えます。これらの堤防の1つは、ミドルアイランドまたはパスポートアイランドと呼ばれ、これらすべての中で最大のものでもあります。税関や入国管理施設、モスク、庭園、レストランを備えた人工島に生まれ変わりました。この島には、両側にマクドナルドの出口がある国境駅もあります。
コーズウェイを旅する
COVID-19により、2020年3月に治安のため一時的に橋が閉鎖された。しかし、2021年5月17日に再開されました。人々はこの橋を旅するために厳格なプロトコルに従わなければなりません。
土手道をドライブすることは、特に日没と日の出の間に、どちらかの国からバーレーンまたはサウジアラビアに旅行するのに最適な方法です。橋は、船に乗ったり、ひどい船酔いを経験したりすることなく、海を旅する体験を提供します。

Must try Spot
One of best place you can visit if you are Jubail or Dammam location..
The view is fantastic..
Trying Going out with family on week ends, They have Good quality food spots and Mosque nearby to prayer as well a well cleaned bathroom and toilet facilities..
There Willa charge of SAR 35 to enter in bridge, it will better if have a NFC enabled credit or Debit card. Wishing you a very happy Journey

A beautiful road and causeway in The middle of the sea connecting Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Bahrain through this road Which is nearly 25 Km.
Named after the late king of Saudi Arabia Fahad Bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud who did the inauguration in the year 1986.
The bridge connect Saudi city of Khobar.

Best experience of life to drive on a bridge that is built on sea. Amazing architecture and amazing experience. Sight of sea on both sides of the bridge is just exceptional. At the Bahrain border, lots of parking space is available and many points to eat and have coffee. Good place to visit..

The views are beautiful. Usually busy to cross to Bahrain. I recommend not to cross this bridge during weekends and holidays because it will result to you waiting in the traffic for more than 4 hours.
