Al Ulaの東、Hejaz の考古学的遺跡である Hegra の中心部に位置する Jabal Ithlib は、輝かしい自然の山であり、文化的な場所でもあります。歴史的には、ネゲブ砂漠からの古代アラビア遊牧民であったナバテア人の崇拝の場所でした。

Loved the tour and the visit from winter park. Our guide was superb - she had the knowledge, the eloquence, and the wit.
The place is filled with tombs that are marvelous. We were awes and humbled. The Nabataeans were so precise in building these tombs - the perfection is the evident even today.
Saudi authority is doing a fabulous job in bringing these places to tourist friendly locations with amenities and facilities slowly.
I would recommend anyone visiting these places highly if they are able to - best time to visit is between November and April.

WOW. You can come here with the Daden guided tour, which starts at Winter Park. It is very cool to see the inscriptions in the rock. The tour guide was very knowledgeable, and we were served water, dates, and dried fruit. Wonderful service and a wonderful opportunity to explore Saudi’s rich history.
