The Hotel Representative Sohail is amazing. Have my key ready prior to the arrival and the welcome snack is much appreciated. Hospitality and services are excellent. Great breakfast buffet and spacious room. This hotel customer services really stood out!

Having an amazing experience at this Hotel!!!! This is a must visit when you come to this area - hands down the best Hotel in Jazan. Marriot should be proud of the people who work here as the service is excellent. We were able to experience the amazing food presented by Executive Chef Sunder Chand and his team.

The room has bugs ? ?, not clean ,the laundry cost unbelievable with compare with intercontinental it was double time for intercontinental, breakfast was not good ?
