El restaurante tiene una sala de tamaño medio única pero muy agradable con mesas para cuatro personas. Su decoración, muy amaderada, y su hermoso mobiliario, te sumergirán en un ambiente muy agradable. Se encuentra a pocos metros de la mezquita, en el primer piso del hotel Dar Al Taqwa, justo enfrente del restaurante buffet Al Marwah.

Bad service. Our floor smelled like Raid bug spray. Hotel was not clean. Staff was very unfriendly and always looked annoyed. If they could charge you to use the toilets they would. Tried to charge us for a cab that the room next to us ordered. Elevators are super old, and slow. Did I mention one of the elevators were down? Just terrible all around. The only thing they got going for them is how close it is to the Haram.

If not for the location, which is the greatest convenience, this hotel wouldn't be rated 5 stars. They need to work on upgrading their rooms, especially the furniture. Other parts, such as the hotel lobby and lifts/elevators, also need a lot of makeup in order to live up to the standards of a five-star hotel.

?I had the chance of staying at this accommodation with my family. ?The is a hotel located near the gate #339 which directly gives the access to the ladies entrance in the prophet mosque. ?‍♂️The hotel offers amenities such as a restaurant, a fitness center, and a prayer room. ?It also provides transportation services to help guests easily visit the nearby religious sites in Madinah.

The place is quiet and beautiful, and the staff’s treatment is nice, especially the employee “Doaa”, God willing, one of the best I have met there. Her treatment is very, very wonderful, she is helpful, she loves you in the place, she is quick, and pays attention to the details of the customers. May God increase people like her⭐️ and this is what interests me about the place above all else. In terms of requests, my experience in it was good? ?.
