Chef Ammar went above and beyond in ensuring that my meals were not only delicious but also tailored to my post-surgery requirements. His dedication to my well-being and health was truly remarkable. It was evident that he genuinely cared about my recovery and took the time to create nourishing and delightful dishes that contributed to my healing process. his warm and friendly demeanor was a source of comfort during my recovery. Amazing stay, outstanding hospitality.. Great followup on all requirements and needs, amazing staff specially at breakfast... Had the chance to run a 5 days event for 30 people and the service as well as overall experience was outstanding... Rooms are comfortable but if you have lots of clothes you will discover the small size cabin Highly recommended, will surly comeback again

The receptionists were amazing and very kind (they also gave us a free upgrade), the same with all the workers, such as the valet, security, homeroom, etc. The pool was also very clean and was at the perfect temperature. The room was spacious, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean (practically sparkling from how clean it was). Overall, this was an amazing stay and would encourage anyone to come to this hotel if they visit jeddah

We stayed in the 2 bedrooms suite (1010). It was nice & clean and had everything including a kitchenette. The breakfast and the room service burger were nice too.
