Rooms are good, comfortable and clean. Some of the house keeping staff are rude and the restaurant operations are not good. Waited 2 hours for room service only to run downstairs to find out the system is offline. Laundry sometimes 3 days late and then they complain about the massive amount of laundry on the 3rd day. Was instructed to leave laundry outside my door as they don’t collect it from the room when they clean, never had this at any other hotel.

Amazing hotel. I stayed here two times both for school based activities and it was absolutely amazing. We flew in and the hotel was 5-10 minutes away and at night, you can see the planes fly super close to the hotel and above it(don’t worry, you can’t hear the planes when they flyover). Both times we stayed it was absolutely amazing from service to location and cleanliness. Would definitely recommend staying here

The hotel is very clean ; the rooms are big and comfy; the staff is very friendly ; and the breakfast was so good. Also the location is 5 mins away from the sea front. Special thanks for Miss Abir Alghamdi for her kind and helpful personality ; and for all the staff. Thank you and for sure I would recommend this hotel and I will visit it again.

The hotel has new infrastructure and located near to the airport and main city center. Room, toilet, pool area, gum and rooftop are clean and tidy. Helpful staff from check in, restaurant to room service. Reasonable Price.

On our way back from Umrah, we decided to stay here overnight as we had early morning flight and our children are little. When ordered room service, we were served Angus burger with beacons. After complaining about the beacon in the burger, the staff argued with me saying the beacons were halal because they sacrificed the pigs in the name of Allah to make it halal. I had to pay for replacement burger which I didn't not mind at all. But, seriously ? serving halal beacons in this holy land for Muslims is totally unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend any Muslim to come to this hotel at all.
