Celebrated my friend's birthday here. Worth the price. Staff are attentive, kind and nice. Ambiance is a plus! We really enjoyed the experience ❤️

Unfortunately, their food is really oily. ? The spaghetti was good (still very oily) ? Kids can make their own pizza, so me and my sister went to make for us. Pizza also had plenty oil. ? I gave extra stars for their beautiful interior and delicious drinks. ?? Kids have a place to play in, but it’s not very entertaining ?❌ Would mostly recommend coming here in early mornings to have their satisfactory morning drinks and salads ??

So, I’d really love to give this specific branch of Piatto a five stars rating just for the beautiful interior and the decent service, however, I was very disappointed with the quality and taste of the food, I tried the shrimp risotto and it was very oily, and didn’t really taste good, the flavor profile wasn’t balanced by all means! Also the pasta wasn’t well-cooked to my taste! Tomato soup was almost a pizza sauce, we used it as a dipping for the bread so it did serve that purpose lol I’m not having a main course there again I guess, doesn’t worth the money! Possibly good for salad and drinks, and enjoying the natural sun light in day time ☀️

Hands down, the best Piatto in town. The staff, the branch manager (couldn’t get his name) are the kindest and most accommodating, customer oriented gentleman! Kudos to the team !

Currently on holiday in Riyadh and came across Piatto and Absolutely loved this place! The food was amazing and the portion size was huge. I loved the deco and atmosphere and the staff were very helpful. It's a shame there are no branches in London. I will definitely come back here again on my next visit
