I love this place. Staff are fantastic nothing is too much trouble. The desserts selection is great so much choice!

Sweet are very goods. Beverage, I order French cafe and was very swee than usual. Saffron late need improve coffe was not much strong was normal. Service very good.

Pastel Cafe & restaurant is located in a very nice place in Dammam city . It is beautifully decorated with luxury touch. I found the stuff were very friendly and helpful. But why the 2 stars then ? . Well, the main thing we are going to restaurant is to eat and my food experience was far away from the expectations. I ordered 1- mushroom tenderloin steak which wasn't a good cut of meat with a lots of ligaments and covered with huge amounts of tasteless creamy white sauce . 2- rocca salad which was just a roca with small amount sauce that makes it dry and lacking the taste which is similar to a taste of plain roca ! .3- strawberry Mohito which was of no doubt one of the worst Mohito I ever had if was just full of strawberry smoothie with little of sparkling soda which make taste just bad . I complained about it and they change to me and brought another with just a similar taste than I asked them just to bring to me a soft drink . It is painful to me to write a such bad review because the stuff were really good.
