Restaurante Medina - Hilton Hotel - Medina No reclamado

Amazing location, very close to the Prophet’s mosque. Entrance to the ladies area almost a 150 meter walk from the property. Nearby supermarket (3 minute walk to bin dawood), many restaurants & coffee shops around the hotel (Dunkin, Barn, KFC, Hardees, McDonalds). Helpful and smiling staff. Standard Check-in was at 4:00, we had requested an early check in and arrived at the property around 1:30PM. Understandable they didn’t have availability. However it took until after 5:00PM for the first room to be available. Lady at checkin was kind enough to hand over the first room until the second one was ready. Key to the second room was sent to the room shortly. Cafe & in-room dining was barely average. One won’t sleep hungry, however tastebuds wouldn’t be satisfied. Generally I would expect the concierge to have handy contacts of trusted taxis/drivers for sightseeing tours. Sadly that wasn’t the case. I was asked to grab a random cab from outside. Overall a comfortable stay, could have been better with on time availability of the room and better food options.

The hotel is clean and location very convenient. Our experience was made much better by Sagir Ahmad, one of the managers there. He was very responsive, courteous, and helpful.

The hotel was nice and convenient. Really amazing and professional staff. We go and stay at the Madina Hilton often and we always request the 7th floor. The whole staff on the 7th floor are exceptionally amazing and are quick to respond to our needs. Especially Mohammed Moin whom we seek out. They have worked there for many years and are the main part of the reason we choose Madina Hilton year after year.

Hilton Medina. The staff, the housekeeping, the concierge all were so kind. The hallways smelled amazing. The location is in the heart of Medina 2 min walk into the mosque. The rooms were clean and I will continue to keep coming back here.

It's a very fantastic place, fantastic service by all staff ?.. fantastic food. Breakfast,Dinner. Room cleanliness is top level. Bathrooms well sanitize.
