Restaurante Medina - Hilton Hotel - Medina Afirmar

Unfortunately, I tried the Ramadan Iftar buffet. The food was bad, not tasty, without any taste, and the varieties were few. I was surprised to find it in a 5-star hotel!!! The walls are far away and the place is narrow and stuffy

Location is the only good thing. Everything else is horrible. Room size is very small. Everything is outdated. Room access does not work. I visited this hotel more than 15 years and it is still same. This place is overdue for renovation.

I wish if I could give them 0 stars. The hotel needs lots of attention. The rooms are old and they charge way too much what service they provide. The parking is always a challenge in the basement. Please avoid to stay in this hotel

At the time of booking via the Hilton Honours app it included breakfast - at checkin, after a long flight with kids spent time arguing as they told us the booking did not include it - shame! Impossible to get through to your Reservation team at the hotel - I’ve left several messages at reception too but no luck! No gym either, not the service I expected for what I’ve paid!

Booking on this hotel was a big mistake that I regret. Duo alot of things below are just some of them 1- They canceled my reservation 6 hours before the check in time, the told me this is by mistake 2- The facilities was less than good, my expectation was something better in compare to the cost. 3- There was beds, chairs..etc in front in my room, they make me feels like I'm living I'm a warehouse not in a hotel. I told them to take those stuff away however they are again and again putting the stuff there !!? 4- Electricity outage for up to 10 hours, I can understand this is something out of there control, however I expected a secondary reliable power source, what they have is enough just for 1 lamp per room you won't be able even to charge your phone. 5- Due the above point I asked the room service to take some of my father medicines those required certain cooling temperature, they took it but when I called them to take it back there were unable to locate it and it took from them almost two hours which was almost causing missing my flight.
