Y'all have no idea how AMAZING this hotel is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 it has EVERYTHING you could ever imagine and more! Yes it's a bit pricey but staying at this hotel will save you a ton of uber money because everything you need within the push of a button. I tried all of the services from simply being at the room to swimming in the women's pool and using the business center, as well as breakfast. Good hotel, would recommend and return if i had the money.

The room is good , the service is not that good. I am staying there for 6 days. Yesterday night I kept on trying to reach the front desk and operation for around 30 minutes at 10PM. No one answered me, I even went to the front desk and didn't find anyone there. It was like a ghost city. Only the security guard on the back gate was available, thank God. If you want to come to the hotel to sleep and leave it , it's a good option. If you want to come to feel that your in a hotel, and get taken care off, I do not advice.

Everything was good, unfortunately the humidity was too high in general near the Corniche. I am someone who needs air in the room. I don't like air conditioning. that is the only thing i don't Like. Otherwise the staff are all nice, Arman Khan was very friendly in helping me bring my luggage to the room and took the time to explain to me in more detail what was in the room and how does function. without forgetting Samir from Egypt who is in the restaurant, nice and ready to help at any moment. Thank you for everything and everyone.

I was extremely disappointed and shocked when I arrived. The room looked absolutely nothing like the pictures. It was dated, dirty and smells. The coffee machine wasn’t working the bathroom was moldy and the whole experience was a disaster. The room supposedly partial sea view, trust me there is nothing partial but a big unfinished construction building! I had arrived 3am so no manager to talk to. Went the next morning and was greeted by the beautiful guest relation manger ms shrooq. I explained to her the situation and she solved it right away with an upgrade as a courtesy. She was understanding polite and professional. They are lucky to have her. Shout out also to Mohammed Alaseri for being extra nice and gave me late check out in which ms shrooq extended it even more as a make up for an alarm malfunction from the night before. The reason i gave 3 starts is the professional employees otherwise this hotel shouldn’t rank as 5 stars at all.

Johail's dedication to his work and unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction were truly remarkable. His friendly and accommodating nature made my stay memorable. He went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met promptly and with a smile. Johail's professionalism and attention to detail are a credit to the hotel, and I highly recommend him as a top-notch employee. Thank you, Johail, for making my stay at The Venue an outstanding one. And I loved staying at The Venue hotel. I can highly recommend this hotel.
