Terrible service. slow service, dirty tables, had to wait quite a while for them to begin service even though the place was empty. The food was fine though. but the restaurant obviously needs more work on improving it. Thank you very much.

Excellent bbq chain in Eastern province. The food was excellent, the hummus platter was spectacular and service was friendly. Most importantly the bathrooms were clean and dry! Hahah

The food is amazing but the customer service.. it’s terrible. We sat here for 10-15 minutes waiting for someone to come to our table and take our order but they didn’t. A large group was here, but they finished eating and were paying the bill as we entered the restaurant. So I don’t see any reason for them to NOT take our order as the place wasn’t even busy or crowded with people. A guy with a black dot on his forehead saw us waiting for someone but he didn’t come and looked away. Is this how you treat customers? Disappointed in this restaurant.

I had an amazing experience. There may be many more restaurants who sell good Arabic barbecue but what's so special about this restaurant is their amazing staff. Specially Mr. Mahmoud Al Masri at the reception to greet and take order. He was so humble, helpful and kind from greeting upto until I left the restaurant. He even came to open the door for me when I was leaving. This person is an absolute gem and Kilo Kebab is very lucky to have such humble and cooperative staff. I wish him best of luck and pray that Allah bless him with a successful and sound life ahead. Amen. Give him a good raise kilo kebab ??
