I love this place. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I’ve been to this hotel many times and each time they impress me with their professionalism.

I book this hotel for staff coming in. The hotel itself is nice however, I question the service. Some staff have poor English and do not understand and the hotel lacks the flexibility of other hotel chains. Indeed, when asking questions the first answer tends to be 'no' which is poor when organising large events. Location is good albeit there are some works but in Riyadh everywhere has works going on.

Not the best area all works around the hotel view from the room was on a construction site but the service is excellent great room size. I would only suggest a style modernization it's a bit from the 2000 look. Great breakfast !

Super helpful and friendly staff. Great location on Taliah Road near some amazing restaurants. Roof top pool is a calm oasis. In average traffic its about 20mins in a cab to Olaya road/ Al Faisaliah Tower

The hotel is very nice and the team are helpful. Everything are clean. The location is perfect to many adventures in Riyadh. Mohammed Hameed the weeding hall supervisor, he is one of the best supervisor. He arranged all the weeding stuff. Also Mohammed Alwahed, at the hotel restaurant, his service is excellent and the ways of treating guests are perfect. As well as, Mohammed Bhuifun, he is excellent and very helpful. Also, Marin and Melisa, they are perfect with the services they are providing. They are very welcoming and friendly. The receptionists are awesome and they are very knowledgeable about the hotel and the area around. I rated the hotel with 10/10. It is over expected. Also Noor the weeding organizer, she is very friendly and has a patient with all customers. Her treatment to all is perfect and we’ll do anything to provide the customer what ever they need. Excellent excellent excellent.
