I had their signature burger & french fries with cheese & crispy chicken crumbs. The burger was too saucy for my liking. And, I didn't like their sauce either. However, their french fries with cheese & crispy chicken was actually quite good. And, I must add that their staff was helpful & friendly. They even tried to translate their menu which was available only in Arabic. Lastly, the atmosphere was industrial which is still trending these days for fast food restaurants. So, cold and uncomfortable hard chairs under warm lighting.

The food taste and quality was much better previously. We were happy that the chicken sub sandwich is finally back on the menu (It used to taste amazing before) but it was nothing but chicken sub sandwich. They should name it anything else, maybe chicken fajita since it has mushroom, green pepper & avocado sauce. The dippers were fine. The rocket salad is very good.

The only good thing in the order is the chicken in Officer Guac. Burger bun is stale. Chicken in chicken taouk tastes like frozen chicken; it is tastless. Fries are oily. Cheap quality. Prices are expensive viewing this quality.

I visited Rustic Grill today and ordered their rib eye steak along with some ribs. The food was good but halfway through I saw a small cockroach on my table about to enter my food. This is not acceptable at all. If a cockroaxh can reach the table of your customer, then just imagine the state of the kitchen. I never like to leave bad reviews but cockroach at such a place is just not acceptable. I complained to one of their worker who took the picture of the cockroach through his mobile and that was it. Not a single word of apology or compensation. I'll not be visiting again. Ambiance: 3/5 Food: 3.5/5 Cleanliness: 0/5

A good variety of chicken dishes and salads. Good family hangout with reasonable prices. Restaurant is clean and waiters are very hospitable. Definitely recommended ?? ————————- Update Feb ‘22: There is a clear drop in the quality of food provided across all varieties. The chicken dippers, salads , rustic fries, tawouk sandwiches, OCD burger and sauces all need major improvements in quality and taste. A disappointing experience. The prices are also very high comparing to other restaurants.
